Management/Supervisory Foundations Program

This program is designed to allow Managers and Supervisors to increase their skill set with respect to people management best practices. The content is carefully planned to have a logical development of learning concepts with each topic building upon the previous ones. The program is designed to engage, challenge, and develop Managers and Supervisors. Each major topic has some type of application exercise to help participants understand the practical use of the lesson being learned and its application within the workplace.

Employee Training

We offer a broad range of workshops and seminars. Our training programs are designed and conducted utilizing a variety of effective training methods including case studies, role playing, group work, and short lectures.
